Time with old friends and playing background music at a couple of events in DC.

I’ve been traveling to Ecuador for several years to lecture at universities and speak at various events including teacher workshops, a high school commencement, and a congress on adolescent psychology. This time I’ll be in Quito, Machala, and Manta.

Twice a year I have the privilege of spending time with the senior staff of the Navigators to listen and learn at ShepNet.

This year more than 30 million pilgrims will make their way to Rome to take part in the year of Jubilee. Many of those pilgrims will travel the Via Francigena on their way to Rome, and a small group of friends, living in community, will walk with them, talk with them, invite them for a meal, and seek to deepen both theirs and our relationships with Christ.

More speaking and interacting with the academic world of this amazing country.
